Q1. About the product, what is the cost of transportation?
The freight depends on weight, packing size and your country or province region, etc.
Q2. How long can I expect to get the product?
For common usually models, we will stock materials, once you order, we can ship out immediately. And If product is transported by express delivery, it only takes 3 to 7 days. If the product is transported by postal service, it will take 8 to 25 days.
If you want the items to be shipped by Expedited Shipping (such as DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex), please contact me.
If you have not received your items, please contact me first, we will track it and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply, our goal is customer satisfaction.
Q3. About Warranty.
Warranty time is 1 year. Any problems in warranty time, we will fix it for free but the shipping cost will be on customers.
Q4. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
We can provide samples, but we will charge the sample at the price of a single product. After the transaction, we will refund the cost of the sample.
